Bertrand de Jouvenel des Ursins was a French philosopher, political economist, and futurologist. He taught at the University of Oxford, the University of Cambridge, the University of Manchester, Yale University, the University of Chicago, the University of California, Berkeley and at the Université de Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
